One tomato is starting to turn red, but the rest are green as can be! I'm sure the others will start to turn soon :)Sewing-Chickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13282532221695943114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2116726129258965140.post-68143314756429157372009-07-26T22:15:34.650+01:002009-07-26T22:15:34.650+01:00Don't despair Callum - a few of my outside che...Don't despair Callum - a few of my outside cherry toms are showing signs of a little orange tinge but my Roma inside and out are very very green. Last year it was easily August until I got a good red crop ( I will check on my blog) but then we got the blight anyway so had to burn the lot!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03180612522194223105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2116726129258965140.post-40246156495830838412009-07-25T12:05:30.637+01:002009-07-25T12:05:30.637+01:00My experience is exactly the same as Kella. As you...My experience is exactly the same as Kella. As you know I went mad and planted 20 varieties and the only ones that are ripening at the moment are the tumbling ones. Last year I would say that it was well into August when the majority ripen and then it is in abundance. It is a question of patience.discobunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01892190086775955696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2116726129258965140.post-59257232854674126122009-07-25T11:53:28.435+01:002009-07-25T11:53:28.435+01:00Yes my normal experience is outdoor tomatoes norma...Yes my normal experience is outdoor tomatoes normally start ripening in August, although I was pleasantly surprised to get a very small harvest off of two of my cherry tomato plants last week but like you, now its a waiting game to see when the next will be ready.

You haven't done anything wrong, just keep doing what you have been doing, that is feeding and keeping them watered.<brKellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04007237364629419063noreply@blogger.com
